LED lamps and fixtures with adjustable colour temperatures are becoming increasingly popular. These fixtures allow users to tailor the light to their needs, providing warm, calming light in the evenings and bright, invigorating light during the day.

Smart lighting systems with tuneable white LEDs have also emerged, enabling users to automate their lighting based on their daily routines. These systems can simulate the natural progression of sunlight throughout the day, promoting a healthier circadian rhythm.

Healthy lighting is not just a passing trend; it is a significant factor that can profoundly impact our physical and emotional health.
